“Practice means to perform, over and over again in the face of all obstacles, some act of vision, of faith, of desire. Practice is a means of inviting the perfection desired.” – Martha Graham
Think about the above quote and the role that practice plays in the life of a dancer. How often do you practice? How do you practice? What are you practicing? This thought process needs to be a constant loop in your mind. There is ALWAYS something for every dancer to practice, regardless of ability or level.
